Shipping policy
At Rivayraa, we treat each order with care — from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door. Our handcrafted linens are thoughtfully packed and shipped to ensure they reach you beautifully and safely.
Standard Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on orders of $500 or more within the 48 contiguous United States.
For orders under $500, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.
All in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 10 AM Pacific Time are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM or during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
We use UPS as our trusted shipping partner for all deliveries.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.
We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii; however, a $30 shipping surcharge applies to these locations. If your order total is below the complimentary shipping threshold of $500, the standard shipping fee will be charged in addition to the $30 surcharge.
At this time, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
You can track your shipment at UPS.com using your tracking number at any time. For enhanced delivery visibility or to manage delivery preferences, we recommend signing up for UPS My Choice®.
Your tracking number is also available in your Rivayraa account under Order History and Order Details.
Multiple Shipments
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to large package sizes. If this happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.
Delivery Delays
While we work diligently to ship your order as quickly as possible, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re always here to help if you have questions.

All Rivayraa products are packaged with intention using recyclable and environmentally conscious materials. Our goal is to reduce waste while delivering an unboxing experience that reflects the quality and thoughtfulness of every piece we make.
