Returns
We hope you love your Rivayraa pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- In original, unused condition
- With law label and tags intact
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)
To start a return, please contact us at admin@rivayraa.com. We’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Important Notes
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to damage or error on our part

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact admin@rivayraa.com immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns on the following:
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
- Items marked final sale or discounted
Refunds
At Rivayraa, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve returned an eligible item and your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at admin@rivayraa.com.
Return Processing Fee
A $4.50 per item return processing fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee helps cover return shipping and handling costs.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items not in original condition, or returned without original packaging, tags, or law labels
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window
- Final sale or discounted items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@rivayraa.com as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or resolution as appropriate.
Policy Changes and Return Refusals
Rivayraa reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue this Refund Policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will take effect as of the date they are posted on this page.
We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy or our Terms of Service.
